New Release of XML-SemanticDiff

I have uploaded a new release of XML-SemanticDiff (0.96) yesterday, after a long time of neglect by its originators. Here's the complete story.

The XML-SemanticDiff module has been unmaintained for over 5 years now. Lately, I've noticed that its algorithm generated some false negatives and false positives and as a result fixed it in my personal copy, as I've been using this module indirectly via Test-XML. I later uploaded my modified version to a Subversion repository.

The author has been missing in action, and after I tried to contact him (and was not successful), I requested to become a co-maintainer on Monday, and has been granted the co-maintainer status.

Thus, I uploaded a new version that incorporates all of my changes. The distribution still has some issues which I hope to address in the not-so-far future, but it should still be usable.
